| William P. Loomis, Chief Financial Officer |
| Mr.
Loomis
was appointed Chief Financial Officer for Clearview in
June 2006 and has served as a member of the Clearview Board of
Directors since May 2006. He is responsible
for financial planning, management and reporting, legal
affairs, and providing executive guidance for aligning
and achieving corporate
performance goals.
In addition to his role at Clearview, Mr. Loomis is the CEO of FileTek, Inc., a data management software company. He has also served as FileTek Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Secretary since July 1990 and as a member of the FileTek Board of Directors since June 2003. | Steven J. Leichtman, Senior Vice President |
| As a founding member of Clearview (formally Xenysys), Steve manages all aspects of sales execution, including direct sales in addition to strategic partner and channel development with more than 20 years of experience and channel heritage from the content management industry. Formerly the President of SER Macrosoft, Steve worked with the management team to increase sales to record levels, position new products, and develop a package of unparalleled professional service offerings. Prior to Macrosoft, Steve served in executive leadership roles with highly respected value-added resellers of document management and imaging systems such as Eastman Kodak, Bell & Howell, and Unisys. |

| Ken Creech, Chief Technology Officer |

Ken brings extensive technical experience with a unique
combination of market requirements to Clearview.
Also a founding member of
Clearview (formally Xenysys), Ken
is responsible for determining and shaping the Clearview
technology strategy across the entire product line. He leads
the Clearview research and
development group along with the consulting services and
support teams to deliver the most innovative ECM
solution on the market. As Vice President of Development and Customer Service at SER Macrosoft, Ken was responsible for the support of more than 1,500 Customers worldwide and implementations of all new systems. He initiated programs that improved Customer satisfaction and several professional services packages that increased revenue and improved delivery of systems to the market. Ken joined Macrosoft in 1993 from CompuD where he was an Owner/Executive from 1991, and started his career in Information Management in 1989 as an analyst with Unisys. |

Bill
plays a crucial role in shaping and executing
ECM application strategy and overall product architecture. Another
founder of Clearview, Bill has been integral to the
development and expansion of the Clearview ECM product
portfolio. Bill
also brings extensive management and development experience
to Clearview as the original author of the Macrofiche
product for Macrosoft in 1987. A recognized pioneer in report management software development, Bill has more than 30 years of experience in the financial market. Prior to Macrosoft, Bill held key executive positions at Unisys, which focused on product development and delivery to the financial market. |
